Welcome to our wonderful school of St Mary’s Catholic School.

It is my privilege to be the Principal of St Mary’s. At St Mary’s we pride ourselves on providing an holistic education where children achieve high academic, spiritual, physical, and personal success. We value the unique talents that our learners bring and nurture these talents to enable them to become the best version of themselves.

Our School Vision of ‘Together we with Jesus we love, learn and serve in the Cluny Spirit’ guides all of our learning and decision making. We continue to be inspired by our Cluny charism and follow our motto to ‘do a little good each day’. We embrace the uniqueness of every child and pride ourselves on providing an inclusive learning environment that embraces all cultures and learning styles.

Building and fostering positive relationships is at the heart of St Mary’s. We recognise that parents are the child’s first and most important teacher. We value the contribution of whānau in our school community and recognise that you are key to your child’s learning success. We welcome open communication to ensure we consistently work together to provide the best learning opportunities for our tamariki.
